User Content

You may have the opportunity to create or submit content (“User Content”) within our Apps. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Tahu Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your User Content in connection with our Apps and business.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Apps, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tahu Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Apps.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
